April’s Tuesday lunch honors all our volunteers who donate their time and energy all year. FHC is donating and preparing the meal. Center staff will serve.
There will be a brief presentation about a new hearing clinic at the Center by Drew Kimbrough of Beltone. We will be entertained by jazz pianist, Scott Jamieson.
Thanks to Family Home Care and Beltone for sponsoring this luncheon.
Call and reserve your place by April 10.

You don’t have to be good dancer to have fun. Fitness expert Tracey Mallet explains, “Even if you think you have two left feet or are nervous about dancing in front of people, there is a dancer in all of us and when we move our body to music we naturally smile and want to keep moving.”
“Don’t get intimidated because you feel like you’re not a good dancer. Who cares?” Mallett stressed. “It’s about you moving your body in your way — not like the rest of the people around you. Zone out and focus on how great you feel and that no one is judging your abilities.”
