October Luncheon
Tuesday, October 17—Noon to 1:30
Then and Now —Centenarian Celebration will honor a group of folks who have reached the honorable milestone of 100 years of life—or more. Each honoree will be presented with a “Then-1917” or a “Now-2017” hat, corsages and cakes. Everyone who attends is encouraged to wear a “Then - 1917” or a “Now – 2017” hat. Then a ‘Parade of Hats’ will let everyone enjoy the look! Jesse Tinsley will play solo Hawaiian music, so popular in the era, and Richard Sola, local historian and ACT 2 instructor, will emcee and tell us about Spokane 100 years ago.
If you know any centenarians to include, call Kristin Watson – 534-4432.
New Luncheon price -- $11 members/$13 non-members.
