Learn about Medicare and Additional Options
It’s time to enroll in Medigap, Prescription Drug or Supplemental Plans. You can receive Information at the Center by attending presentations in October.
Medicare Advantage plans are available through private insurance companies that are contracted by Medicare and provide a different way to get your original Medicare benefits. Some plans may offer additional benefits that original Medicare doesn’t cover, such as routine vision or dental, wellness programs, or prescription drugs. The Annual Election Period (AEP), which runs from October 15 through December 7, is a good time to make changes to your Medicare health or prescription drug coverage.
