Affirmation Booklet Available
The Wednesday Tai Chi class has completed an affirmation booklet that is intended to inspire. Copies are available at the front desk for a suggested donation of $5 to cover the cost of printing. Instructor Altari turned a Qi Gong exercise “Planting the Seeds” (traditionally known as “single arm lift”) into a movement for each student to plant an affirmation word, which when linked together, creates an affirmation. Proceeds benefit the Center.
Karate Classes for Adults and Youth
Monday, Wednesday and Thursdays. $50 for 5-week session.
Youth classes meet from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m., Monday and Wednesday;
adult classes meet from 5:45 to 6:45 p.m., Monday and Thursday.
